Licensed by the New York State Education Department and the New York State Department of Health, The Carrie Mastronardi Center therapeutic and evaluation services to preschool children.  The Center is housed in a spacious, fully air conditioned school building.  All classrooms and therapy rooms are well equipped with developmentally appropriate equipment.  The Center has a large outdoor play yard with developmentally appropriate gross motor and sensory motor equipment.

The Preschool is staffed by New York State Certified specialists, including a registered nurse, and delivers services in the natural languages of the children we serve.  The combination of clinical, educational and family support therapies provides an environment where children are able to develop to their fullest potential and prepare for richer, fuller lives.

The Preschool provides full and half day classes for Special Needs children as well as half day Universal Pre-Kindergarten classes and a Day Care Program serving typically developing children from the surrounding community.

Each child and family is considered as individual and unique.  On a daily basis, instructional and therapeutic programs provide meaningful opportunities for each child to develop a strong sense of self-worth and grow towards self-sufficiency.
