Frank Strafaci, Esquire, held an informational session at the Guild for Exceptional Children regarding the importance of Estate Planning, Power of Attorney, Guardianship, Wills, Trusts and Planned Giving. While these topics are important for all families, they are of particular importance to families with a member with cognitive challenges or other conditions that make them dependent. Mr. Strafaci urges families to ensure that all bank documents, insurance policies and estate planning items are up to date and accurate in order to prevent unnecessary delays and court fees.  Mr. Strafaci is a longtime member of the Bay Ridge, Dyker Heights Community and an Attorney of distinction, with a practice on Bay Ridge Parkway.
